Course Details: First Aid Response (FAR) is a PHECC (Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council) certified course recognised by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) as the standard for first aid safety.

Attendees will gain the knowledge and confidence to 

  • Evaluate and implement incident procedures
  • Conduct a patient assessment
  • Manage common medical emergencies
  • Give effective life support (CPR)
  • Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Treat injuries and manage shock
