Course Details: Trainees on this course have carried out formal training in the last five years and require recertification. This course is a classroom based and instructor led presentation, supplemented by videos and discussions and then followed by practical driving exercises. On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Operate a forklift truck safely using correct driving practices
  • Understand stability and lifting capabilities
  • Load and unload safely, move loads in and out of racking systems
  • Handle awkward loads
  • Refuel/recharge forklifts safely


Forklift Experienced Training     Cost: €350

Who is Course for: For users who have some experience but need to acquire the additional skills and certification necessary to operate the forklift

Course Details: Trainees on this course will have 6 months or more experience on forklifts but need formal training. On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Start/ move/ stop and steer the forklift safely and efficiently
  • Use safe operating habits
  • Correctly position forklift in relation to task requirements
  • Safely load and unload
  • Handle awkward loads
  • Refuel/recharge forklifts safely
